WHY SHOULD I BOOK WITH YOU?

HOW LONG WILL THE TRIAL LAST?
The trial is approximately 1 hours for hair or makeup and 2 hours for both. All trials will be carried out Monday to Friday due to the team being fully booked with weddings on weekends.
ARE YOUR ARTISTS INSURED?
Yes, all of our artist’s have public liability insurance
WHAT PRODUCTS DOES THE ARTIST USE?
None of our artists are affliated with a particular brand so all use a mix of high quality makeup products in their kit
IF I’M NOT HAPPY AT THE TRIAL AM I COMMITTED TO BOOK?
No, and you are just liable to pay for the trial
CAN I BOOK IN A TRIAL WITHOUT PAYING THE DEPOSIT FIRST?
Our artists are all very popular so we always ask for a deposit first to hold your wedding date in their diaries before booking in your trial.
HOW LONG SHALL I ALLOW FOR HAIR AND MAKEUP ON MY WEDDING DAY?
We will work this out for you at the trial, however as a rough guide for approximate timings if there is a group booking of 6 or more we will have an extra person to assist with hair or makeup
PRICING & TIMING.
Our pricing is based on the time it takes to carry out the service you have selected. If you select a service and we can’t complete your look in the alotted time then a different service will have to be selected.
MAKING A BOOKING
We take a small deposit of £100 at booking time to confirm your wedding date with us. All of our prices exclude VAT charged at 20%. Your wedding date is confirmed only once we have received your booking deposit by bank transfer. Once the deposit is received you will receive a booking confirmation document confirming the details of your booking.
The booking deposit is non-refundable. Any discount applied at booking only applies at this time and does not apply when adding on extra services at a later date.
All further payments after the booking deposit (at your bridal trial or before the wedding) are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled 8 weeks prior to the wedding date. The full amount will be owed 8 weeks prior to the final day.
MINIMUM BOOKING SIZE
We have a minimum bridal booking party size of 3 during our yearly schedule. If you would still like our services, please do not hesitate to contact us as we still may be able to assist you.
ARTIST ILLNESS
In the very unlikely circumstance that your hair or makeup artist is sick on your wedding day we have a team of trusted artists who will assist us in completing your booking. This has never happened before in our 9 years or trading.
OTHER INFO
Photographic/video images of the client, members of the booking or event may be used by the artist on social media unless the client has expressly withdrawn their consent in writing
